Ramagon Toys was a company started with an Oregon based small company stock offering. Its opportunity then was to get the molds used by a licensee who defaulted on a license agreement to produce the Ramagon Construction Toy System. The firm was successful in raising enough to start up a plant in Oregon and keep the Ramagon product flow going. Since then, Ramagon has had two other licensee firms produce the products.
Ramagon Toys no longer functions as an operating company. Holders of the stock certificates have two choices. Declare a loss. (The easiest way is to sell the certificate to a third party for a $1. But just declaring a loss works, as the company stock has not been in the pink sheets (OTC trading records) for years.) The second choice is framing the certificate. (That's what I did with mine.)
Ramagon.com (this site you are at now) has no connection to Ramagon Toys.
